If you're having trouble getting a reply from support, please avoid spamming (don't flood us with duplicates), use a unique and descriptive subject line, make sure the Linkbucks e-mail domain is on your safe list to ensure delivery (some hosts and domains block us as spam), and always be clear with your question or concern, while providing all the necessary details (English only please). We make every effort to personally deal with every ticket.
That said, we understand that some people prefer to use the comments section of the latest blog post on the front page, so we will increase our efforts to address comments via this avenue as well. Also, we are in the process of getting a new moderator for the forums to regularly review posts, and to prevent posts from being flagged as spam. Finally, we will be revamping our main support system to ensure that all legitimate questions and concerns are addressed accordingly, and to prevent legitimate emails from being flagged as spam.
